You will need the following supplies.

Canvas Panels
Paint
Paint Brush
Two Frames
Gold Sharpie
Ruler
Hammer
Tape Measure
Nails

A pack of 9"x12" canvas panels, a paintbrush, and a jar of pink paint await on a black table for your next DIY art project.I should mention I already had all of these supplies, so this project only cost me the few dollars I spent on the canvas panels.

Step 1 – Paint your canvas panels a color of your choice. I used a paint sample from Lowes so I could customize the color to match the Wine fabric I made the bed out of, but you could use leftover paint, craft paint, or pick a custom color of your own.A table with a white canvas, embodying DIY art vibes, a partially painted red canvas, an open jar of red paint, and a brush with red paint resting on the white surface. The table is elegantly draped with a black cloth.

Step 2 – Once your canvas panels are completely dry, use your gold sharpie (or whatever color you want) and your ruler to draw lines on your canvas panel. I tried to come up with a pattern ahead of time, but decided to wing it instead. I literally drew lines until I liked it 🙂A gold-capped Sharpie permanent marker, perfect for DIY projects, lies horizontally on a textured red surface next to a transparent ruler. Two red wooden boards rest on a speckled countertop. One board is blank, perfect for your next DIY project, while the other hosts a black ruler and a gold Sharpie marker, ready for artistic creation.

Step 3 – Repeat on the second panel. I made my pattern different on the second one, but because they are the same colors and frames, they look like they belong together. Two red canvas boards on a speckled countertop, each featuring gold geometric lines, offer an inspiring art project. A black ruler sits beside one of the canvases, making it perfect for DIY enthusiasts eager to blend precision with creativity.

Step 4 – Once the panels are complete, insert them into the frames. Since these panels are thicker than a photo, they should fit snugly without having to tape into place. Two square red coasters with gold geometric line designs, resembling pieces of modern art, are placed side by side on a speckled granite countertop.A black picture frame lies on the table with the backing removed, revealing a canvas panel adorned with a yellow "Value Series" label. The frames are placed side by side against a dark wooden wall on a reflective floor, adding elegance to the space.

Step 5 – Hang the frames on the wall. Tip: When I hang items on the wall that need to be in the same position, I always mark the spot I want to hang and then measure the distance from the ceiling AND the floor to make sure they are hung at the same height.A cozy room corner with a patterned armchair, maroon cushion, and a two-tone curtain.
