You will need the following supplies.

Canvas Panels
Paint
Paint Brush
Two Frames
Gold Sharpie
Ruler
Hammer
Tape Measure
Nails

EASY DIY Sharpie Framed Wall ArtI should mention I already had all of these supplies, so this project only cost me the few dollars I spent on the canvas panels.

Step 1 – Paint your canvas panels a color of your choice. I used a paint sample from Lowes so I could customize the color to match the Wine fabric I made the bed out of, but you could use leftover paint, craft paint, or pick a custom color of your own.EASY DIY Sharpie Framed Wall Art

Step 2 – Once your canvas panels are completely dry, use your gold sharpie (or whatever color you want) and your ruler to draw lines on your canvas panel. I tried to come up with a pattern ahead of time, but decided to wing it instead. I literally drew lines until I liked it 🙂EASY DIY Sharpie Framed Wall ArtEASY DIY Sharpie Framed Wall Art

Step 3 – Repeat on the second panel. I made my pattern different on the second one, but because they are the same colors and frames, they look like they belong together.EASY DIY Sharpie Framed Wall Art

Step 4 – Once the panels are complete, insert them into the frames. Since these panels are thicker than a photo, they should fit snugly without having to tape into place.EASY DIY Sharpie Framed Wall ArtEASY DIY Sharpie Framed Wall ArtEASY DIY Sharpie Framed Wall Art

Step 5 – Hang the frames on the wall. Tip: When I hang items on the wall that need to be in the same position, I always mark the spot I want to hang and then measure the distance from the ceiling AND the floor to make sure they are hung at the same height.EASY DIY Sharpie Framed Wall Art EASY DIY Sharpie Framed Wall Art
